1.     Who I am?

Answer: I am College of Oil and Gas Exploration Technology Nigeria (COGETN).

2.     How do I become a fellow or an expert?

Answer: you can become a fellow of our institute or an expert by registering or partaking in any of our courses through the stage of been inducted.

3.     Who is eligible to register for these courses?

Answer: Anybody is Eligible to enroll for any course of his/her choice but this oil and gas security course has been designed for security manager and close protect operatives (CPO) and those interested in the securing oil and gas Rigs the course provides the SSM and security operation (CPO) on the ground some of the necessary planning constitution and information to conducts a variety of operations. It is important to understand that every operation with oil and industry will come with its own specific and details security requirement and therefore this module has been designed to cover only the main areas of security consideration.

Answer:

As an institute and corporate training provider, we provide professional training courses covering maximum competency domains these include:

a.     HSE 1, HSE 2, and HSE 3 at ₦12,000.

b.     Human Resource Management at ₦12,000.

c.      Maritime Safety Management ₦12,000.

d.     Occupational Safety Health Management ₦12,000.

e.     Oil and Gas Security Management ₦30,000

f.        Oil and Gas Project/petroleum Management ₦40,000.

After which you will be inducted. Induction is ₦15,000 while honoring award ₦100,000.

7.     What is the duration for my training?

Answer: The duration for all the courses is one month and only weekend.

Answer: one can enroll online or at our centres. We have centres in the 36 states of the federation.
